KDS Logistics processes your personal data, because you are using our services and/or you are providing these to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

New customers will be checked for creditworthiness. All customers will be asked to provide us with their Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, invoice data and contact details for financial information.

KDS Logistics uses functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. Cookies are small files which are stored on the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone on the first visit. KDS Logistics uses cookies with a pure technical functionality. These make sure that the website operates to your satisfaction and that, for example, your preferences are retained. These are also used to optimise the website. Besides, we use cookies to keep track of your surfing behaviour, in order to offer you tailored content and ads. On the first visit of our website, we already informed you of these cookies and asked for your permission for placing them.

 

Access, adaption, or deletion of data

You have the right to access, adapt, or delete your personal data. Besides, you have the right to withdraw your permission for the processing of your personal data, or to object to the processing of your personal data by KDS Logistics. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can file a request to send the personal data we possess in a computer file to you or any other organisation, which you referred to. A request for access, adaptation, deletion, data portability of your personal data, a request for withdrawal of your permission, or an objection to the processing of your personal data can be sent to info@kdslogistics.nl. We will always check first whether the person who makes a request corresponds with the person in our data. This is to protect your right to privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at most.

 

How do we protect your personal data?

KDS Logistics values the protection of your personal data and shall take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesirable publication, and unauthorised amendment. If you feel that your personal data are not protected properly, or if there are indications of abuse, please contact us via info@kdslogistics.nl.

 

KDS Logistics has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

• Security software, such as a virus scanner and a firewall
• DNSSEC is an extra protection (additional to DNS) for converting a domain name to the related IP-address. It is provided with a digital signature. This signature can be checked automatically. In this way, we prevent you from being redirected to a false IP-address.
